This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions, timelines, and process applicable to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds in connection with K. Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the website www.kcreations.co.in (“Website”).


Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase or transaction through the Website. By using the Website or completing a transaction, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, both of which are available on the Website.


Important: K. Creations currently operates primarily as a product review and recommendation platform with affiliate links to third-party e-commerce or marketplace platforms. This Policy applies differently depending on whether you purchased a product directly from K Creations or through a third-party platform via an affiliate link.

1. Definitions


In this Policy, unless the context otherwise requires:


• “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to K. Creations, a sole proprietorship operating www.kcreations.co.in, owned and operated by Khyati Mehta, having its principal place of business at G 604, Sispal Vihar, Sector 49, Gurugram – 122018.

• “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person who purchases a product directly from K. Creations through the Website, or who has been referred to a Third-Party Platform via the Website.

• “Direct Purchase” means a transaction where a product is purchased directly from K. Creations through the Website, with K. Creations acting as the seller.

• “Affiliate Purchase” means a transaction where a Customer is directed from the Website to a Third-Party Platform via an affiliate link and completes the purchase on that platform.

• “Third-Party Platform” means any external e-commerce or marketplace platform, manufacturer, wholesaler, or retailer linked to from the Website.

• “Product” means any physical or digital item purchased through the Website (Direct Purchase) or through a Third-Party Platform following referral from the Website (Affiliate Purchase).

• “Defective Product” means a product that is damaged, broken, non-functional, or materially different from its description at the time of delivery.


2. Scope — Which Policy Applies to You?


The applicability of this Return and Refund Policy depends on how you made your purchase:


2.1 Affiliate Purchases (via Third-Party Platforms)


If you clicked an affiliate link on the Website and completed your purchase on a Third-Party Platform (such as an online retailer or marketplace), your purchase is governed entirely by that platform’s own return, refund, and cancellation policy — not by this Policy.


K. Creations is not the seller in such transactions and therefore:

• Has no control over the product, its quality, fulfilment, or delivery.

• Cannot initiate, process, or guarantee returns or refunds on your behalf.

• Cannot be held liable for disputes arising from such transactions.


For Affiliate Purchases, you must contact the relevant Third-Party Platform directly to raise a return, refund, or complaint. We strongly recommend reviewing the return and refund policy of any Third-Party Platform before completing a purchase.


K. Creations may, as a goodwill gesture, assist you in understanding the return process of a Third-Party Platform or help you identify the correct contact channel — but this does not create any legal obligation on our part to process or guarantee a refund.


2.2 Direct Purchases (from K Creations)


If you purchased a product directly from K. Creations through the Website, with K. Creations acting as the seller, this Policy applies in full. Sections 3 through 11 below govern all Direct Purchases.


K. Creations is currently in the process of establishing direct sales capabilities. Until direct sales are formally launched, all purchases will be Affiliate Purchases as described in Section 2.1. This Policy will be updated accordingly once direct sales begin.


3. Return Eligibility


For Direct Purchases, a return request will be considered eligible if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of the date of delivery of the product.

• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product is returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and freebies intact.

• The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

• The return falls under one of the eligible return reasons listed in Section 4 below.


Returns will NOT be accepted in the following circumstances:

• The return request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the Customer after delivery.

• The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged.

• The product falls under the non-returnable category listed in Section 5.

• The product was purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

• The defect or damage was caused by misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.


4. Eligible Return Reasons


Returns for Direct Purchases will be accepted only for the following reasons:

• Defective or Damaged Product: the product received is broken, non-functional, or physically damaged at the time of delivery (not caused by the Customer).

• Wrong Product Delivered: the product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, model, or item).

• Incomplete Order: one or more items from the order are missing at the time of delivery.

• Product Not as Described: the product is materially different from its description or images on the Website at the time of purchase.


5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items


The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, unless the product received is defective or wrong:

• Perishable goods (food, beverages, fresh produce).

• Personal hygiene and grooming products (once opened or used), including but not limited to skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and intimate wear.

• Digital products, software licenses, e-books, and downloadable content once accessed or downloaded.

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

• Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., earphones, undergarments, swimwear).

• Gift cards, vouchers, and prepaid instruments.

• Products purchased under final sale, clearance, or non-returnable promotional offers.

• Hazardous materials or items with special storage/handling requirements.


6. How to Initiate a Return


To initiate a return for a Direct Purchase, please follow these steps:


Step 1 — Contact Us Within 7 Days


Email us at info@kcreations.co.in within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

• Your full name and contact number.

• Order number and date of purchase.

• Product name and description.

• Reason for return (with supporting photographs of the product and packaging, especially for defective or damaged items).


Step 2 — Return Authorization


Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with either:

• A Return Authorization (RA) confirmation and return instructions, if your request is approved; or

• A rejection notice with reasons, if your request does not meet the eligibility criteria.


Do NOT ship the product back before receiving a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.


Step 3 — Pack and Ship the Product


Once you receive the Return Authorization:

• Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, manuals, and the original invoice.

• Ship the product to the return address provided in the Return Authorization email.

• Use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking details. K. Creations is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment.


Step 4 — Inspection and Processing


Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the outcome of the inspection by email.

• If approved: your refund or exchange will be processed as per Sections 7 and 8 below.

• If rejected: the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.


7. Refunds


7.1 Refund Eligibility


Refunds will be issued for Direct Purchases in the following situations:

• The returned product passes inspection and meets the return eligibility criteria in Section 3.

• The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled or exchanged.

• The order is cancelled before dispatch in accordance with Section 9.

• A defective, damaged, or wrong product is confirmed but the Customer does not wish an exchange.


7.2 Refund Amount


• Full refund: issued where the return is due to a defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete product caused by K. Creations or its logistics partner.

• Partial refund: may be issued where only part of the order is returned.

• Shipping charges: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, wrong, or incomplete product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer except in cases of defective, wrong, or incomplete products, where K. Creations will arrange or reimburse return shipping.


7.3 Refund Timeline


Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within the following timelines:

• Credit/Debit Card payments: 5 to 7 business days from approval, subject to your bank’s processing time.

• UPI / Net Banking payments: 3 to 5 business days from approval.

• Wallet payments: 2 to 3 business days from approval.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 business days from approval. You will be required to provide your bank account or UPI details.


Refund timelines are indicative. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. K. Creations is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.


7.4 Refund Mode


Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, wherever technically possible. In exceptional cases (e.g., expired cards, closed accounts), an alternative refund mode may be arranged upon verification.


8. Exchanges


Exchanges for Direct Purchases are available for defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete products, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation process in Section 6 and indicate your preference for an exchange rather than a refund.

• If the requested replacement product is available, it will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of the returned product passing inspection.

• If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued as per Section 7.

• Exchanges are limited to one per order. If the replacement product is also found to be defective, a full refund will be issued.

• Size or variant exchanges (e.g., different size, color) for non-defective products are subject to availability and may be treated as a change-of-mind return.


9. Order Cancellations


9.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch


For Direct Purchases, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@kcreations.co.in with your order number. If the cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.


9.2 Cancellation After Dispatch


Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery of the package, in which case the order will be treated as a return and processed under Section 6. Note that original shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.


9.3 Cancellation by K. Creations


K. Creations reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.

• A pricing or listing error is identified after the order is placed.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms of Service.

• Delivery to the specified address is not feasible.


In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and you will be notified by email.


10. Products Damaged in Transit


If your product arrives visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

• Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered with. Mark it as “Refused — Damaged” with the courier and contact us immediately at info@kcreations.co.in.

• If you have already accepted delivery and later discover damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

• Late damage claims (raised after 24 hours of delivery) may not be accepted unless the damage is a latent defect not visible upon initial inspection.


Transit damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to you.


11. Manufacturer Warranty


Certain products sold through Direct Purchases may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty details will be mentioned on the product listing page. Warranty claims for defects arising after the 7-day return window (but within the warranty period) should be directed to the manufacturer or authorized service center, not to K. Creations.


K. Creations will, where possible, assist you in identifying the appropriate manufacturer warranty contact but does not itself provide or extend any manufacturer warranty.


12. Guidance for Affiliate Purchases


While K. Creations cannot process returns or refunds for Affiliate Purchases, here is general guidance on how to approach returns on commonly linked platforms:

• Most major e-commerce and marketplace platforms offer a return window of 7 to 30 days from delivery, depending on the product category. Check the specific return policy on the product listing page before purchasing.

• For defective or wrong products on third-party platforms, you can typically raise a return/replacement request directly through your account on that platform within the specified window.

• For products sold by third-party sellers on marketplaces (as opposed to the platform itself), the return process may vary — check the seller’s return policy on the listing.


• If you face difficulty with a return on a third-party platform, you may reach out to us at info@kcreations.co.in and we will try to guide you, as a goodwill gesture, without any legal obligation to resolve the dispute on your behalf.


13. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law


Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law, including:

• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which provides rights against defective goods, deficiency in services, unfair trade practices, and misleading advertisements.

• The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which impose specific obligations on e-commerce entities regarding returns, refunds, and grievance redressal.

• The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, where applicable to physical products.


If you believe your consumer rights have been violated and your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily by K. Creations, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000), the Consumer Forum in your district, or the e-Daakhil portal (www.edaakhil.nic.in) for online filing of consumer complaints.

K. Continued use of the Website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
