This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment practices applicable to K. Creations ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website www.kcreations.co.in ("Website").


Please read this Policy carefully before placing any order. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, all available on the Website.


Important: K. Creations currently operates primarily as a product review and recommendation platform with affiliate links to third-party e-commerce or marketplace platforms. This Shipping Policy applies differently depending on whether you are purchasing directly from K. Creations or through a third-party platform. Please read Section 2 carefully for detailed shipping information.

1. Definitions


In this Policy, unless the context otherwise requires:


• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to K. Creations, a sole proprietorship operating www.kcreations.co.in, owned and operated by Khyati Mehta, having its principal place of business at G 604, Sispal Vihar, Sector 49, Gurugram – 122018.


• "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person who places an order directly with K. Creations through the Website or who is referred to a Third-Party Platform via the Website.


• "Direct Order" means an order placed and fulfilled directly by K. Creations through the Website.


• "Affiliate Order" means an order placed on a Third-Party Platform after the Customer is directed there via an affiliate link from the Website.


• "Third-Party Platform" means any external e-commerce or marketplace platform, retailer, manufacturer, or wholesaler linked to from the Website.


• "Logistics Partner" means any third-party courier, shipping, or delivery service engaged by K. Creations to fulfill Direct Orders.


• "Delivery Address" means the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of placing a Direct Order.


• "Estimated Delivery Date" means the indicative date or timeframe communicated to the Customer for receipt of a Direct Order, which is not a guaranteed delivery date.


2. Scope — Which Shipping Policy Applies to You?


2.1 Affiliate Orders (via Third-Party Platforms)


If you clicked an affiliate link on the Website and placed your order on a Third-Party Platform, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment of your order are governed entirely by that platform’s own shipping policy — not by this Policy.


K. Creations is not the seller or shipper in such transactions and therefore:


• Has no control over packaging, dispatch timelines, courier selection, or delivery.


• Cannot track, redirect, or intervene in your shipment on your behalf.


• Cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages occurring during the transit of Affiliate Orders.


For Affiliate Orders, please refer to the shipping policy of the relevant Third-Party Platform for information on delivery timelines, charges, tracking, and related shipping information.


K. Creations may, as a goodwill gesture, assist you in understanding the shipping or tracking process of a Third-Party Platform — but this does not create any legal obligation on our part.


2.2 Direct Orders (from K. Creations)


If you place an order directly with K. Creations through the Website, with K. Creations acting as the seller and shipper, this Policy applies in full. Sections 3 through 13 below govern all Direct Orders.


K. Creations is currently in the process of establishing direct sales capabilities. Until direct sales are formally launched, all orders will be Affiliate Orders as described in Section 2.1.


This Policy will be updated accordingly once direct sales begin.


3. Order Processing


For Direct Orders, the following order processing timelines apply:


• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on a business day will typically be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.


• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in India.


• During peak sale periods, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1 to 3 additional business days. We will communicate any such delays on the Website or via email.


You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order, followed by a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be processed upon order acceptance.


4. Shipping Zones and Delivery Timelines


K. Creations currently ships to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. The following estimated delivery timelines apply to Direct Orders:


· Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)


Estimated Delivery: 2–4 Business Days

Shipping: Free above ₹500, ₹50 flat fee below ₹500


· Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities


Estimated Delivery: 4–7 Business Days

Shipping: Free above ₹750, ₹75 flat fee below ₹750


· Remote / Rural Areas (J&K, North-East, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep)


Estimated Delivery: 7–14 Business Days

Shipping: ₹100 flat fee (regardless of order value)


The above-mentioned delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or logistical disruptions.


K. Creations is not liable for delays caused by such factors. Certain pin codes may not be serviceable by our Logistics Partners. If your delivery address is in a non-serviceable area, we will notify you within 48 hours of order placement and offer you a full refund or an alternative arrangement where possible.


The shipping charges mentioned are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual charges may vary due to factors beyond our control including increased charges by logistics partners due to rising fuel prices, package weight increases, changes in government taxes, or force majeure.


5. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges for Direct Orders are calculated based on the delivery zone and order value as indicated in Section 4. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.


• Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the net order value after any discounts or coupon codes are applied.


• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, wrong, or incomplete product caused by K. Creations or its Logistics Partner (refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details).


• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD handling fee of ₹40 per order will apply and will be disclosed at checkout.


• Shipping charges are subject to revision at any time. The charges applicable at the time of order placement will govern that specific order.


Shipping charges are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual charges may vary due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to increased charges imposed by logistics partners due to rising fuel prices, package weight increases, changes in government taxes, or force majeure.


6. Packaging


K. Creations takes great care to ensure that products are packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our packaging practices include:


• Use of appropriate packaging materials (bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, etc.) based on the nature and fragility of the product.


• Tamper-evident sealing where applicable, particularly for personal care and hygiene products.


• Inclusion of the original invoice or delivery note inside the package.


If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or open at the time of delivery, please refer to Section 10 (Damaged or Tampered Packages) below and our Return and Refund Policy.


7. Order Tracking


Once your Direct Order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing:


• Your order number and a summary of items shipped.


• The name of the Logistics Partner handling your shipment.


• A tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier’s website or app.


Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s tracking portal after dispatch. If tracking information is not available after 24 hours of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@kcreations.co.in with your order number.


K. Creations is not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking updates provided by the Logistics Partner’s system.


8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries


Our Logistics Partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at the Delivery Address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts:


• The package will be held at the courier’s nearest facility for a specified period (typically 5 to 7 days).


• You will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of order to arrange re-delivery or pickup.


• If the package is not claimed within the holding period, it will be returned to K. Creations.


In the event of a returned-to-origin (RTO) shipment due to failed delivery attempts:


• K. Creations will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may attract an additional re-delivery shipping charge.


• If you no longer wish to receive the order, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


• For COD orders that are returned to origin due to refusal or failed delivery, K. Creations reserves the right to restrict future COD availability for that customer.


Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery are not the responsibility of K. Creations or its Logistics Partners.


9. Delivery Address and Changes


Please ensure that the Delivery Address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate, complete, and includes the correct PIN code. K. Creations is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


• Address changes after order placement may be accommodated only before the order is dispatched. To request an address change, contact us immediately at info@kcreations.co.in with your order number and the corrected address.


• Once an order has been dispatched, the Delivery Address cannot be changed. K. Creations will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee address modifications after dispatch.


• Redirection of packages in transit is subject to the Logistics Partner’s capabilities and may attract additional charges.


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages


If your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or with broken seals at the time of delivery:


• You are advised not to accept the delivery. Mark it as “Refused — Damaged/Tampered” with the courier agent and contact us at info@kcreations.co.in immediately.


• If you have already accepted delivery and subsequently discover damage or tampering, notify us within 24 hours with photographs of the outer packaging and the product.


• Late reports of damage (after 24 hours of delivery) may not be accepted unless the damage is a latent defect not visible upon initial inspection.


All such reports will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please also refer to Section 10 of our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable process for damaged products.


11. Lost or Missing Shipments


If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your order appears to be lost in transit:


• Contact us at info@kcreations.co.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and tracking details.


• We will raise a complaint with the Logistics Partner and investigate the matter. Investigations typically take 7 to 10 business days.


• If the shipment is confirmed as lost by the Logistics Partner, K. Creations will offer you a replacement or a full refund at your choice, subject to stock availability.


• K. Creations will not be held responsible for shipments marked as delivered to the correct address by the Logistics Partner where delivery has been confirmed via proof of delivery (e.g., signature, photograph). In such cases, you may need to file a complaint directly with the Logistics Partner.


12. Special Circumstances and Force Majeure


K. Creations and its Logistics Partners may be unable to fulfill or deliver orders on time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including:


• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather conditions.


• Strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes affecting courier or logistics services.


• Government orders, curfews, or restrictions (including those arising from pandemics or public emergencies).


• Disruptions to transportation infrastructure (road closures, port closures, etc.).


• Cyber-attacks or technical failures affecting logistics management systems.


In such cases, K. Creations will communicate expected delays as soon as possible and will endeavor to fulfill orders at the earliest opportunity. No compensation will be payable for delays arising from force majeure events, but you retain the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the delay is unreasonable.


13. Shipping Guidance for Affiliate Orders


While K. Creations cannot manage or intervene in the shipping of Affiliate Orders, here is some general guidance:


• Most major e-commerce and marketplace platforms provide order tracking through their website or app under “My Orders” or “Order History.”


• Estimated delivery timelines for Affiliate Orders vary by platform, seller, product category, and delivery location. Check the product listing page for estimated shipping information before placing your order.


• For shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues relating to Affiliate Orders, contact the Third-Party Platform’s customer support directly.


• If you face difficulty resolving a shipping issue with a Third-Party Platform, you may reach out to us at info@kcreations.co.in and we will try to guide you as a goodwill gesture, without any legal obligation to resolve the matter on your behalf.

K. Creations reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in business operations, Logistics Partner arrangements, shipping zones, charges, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
